Jesus commanded that all Christians reach other non-believers and train, nurture, and develop them into mature Christians.  Likewise, they in turn would go and "make" new disciples which is the essence of discipleship.  At White Oak, we have a discipleship pathway in place that when followed intentionally and consistently, it will lead to individuals growing and transforming into committed followers of Christ over time.
